  • Developed Alexa’s Machine Learning model, specializing in “Automatic Speech Reorganization” and “Natural Language Understanding” (ASR, NLU).

  • Worked with CPM team to introduce agile tagging tool, AHK, which improves AHT and Quality by 13% at workflow level at APAC and EMEA.
